Ordering

I have provided the wrong information when ordering?

If you have provided the wrong information when ordering such as address, email, phone number, etc., email us directly so that we can see if we can change the information in time. If this affects the delivery, it is you as the customer who will have to bear any costs it causes.

Can I make changes to my order after purchase?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order after purchase. If the order has not been sent, we can cancel your order. Please contact us to see if it is possible.

I have not received an order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation, check if the email ended up in your spam folder.

It may also be due to an incorrect email address being entered. Contact us so we can change it and email your order confirmation again.

It may also be because the words may not have gone through, please contact us before placing a new order. So there are no duplicate orders.

Can I cancel my purchase?

If you want to cancel your purchase, it must be done before your order has left our warehouse. We cannot guarantee that we will have time to fix your order before it has time to be sent as we try to keep deliveries fast. Should your order have time to be sent, you may use your right of withdrawal, read more under returns.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Check that it hasn't ended up in the spam folder.

How do I know that my order has been registered?

Immediately after completing the purchase, you should receive an order confirmation to the email you provided when ordering. If you haven't received your order confirmation, check that it hasn't ended up in your spam folder. If you have not received the order confirmation shortly after placing the order, something may have gone wrong, contact us.

Delivery

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If you have not received your order within the promised delivery time, please check that you entered the correct information when ordering. If you have provided correct information, please contact us.

How do I know that my delivery has arrived?

You will receive a notification via SMS to the phone number you provided when ordering, when the delivery has arrived at the delivery point.

How do you send the packages?

Your order is sent with DHL.

We currently do not use any other shipping company.

How long is the delivery time?

Our goal is to print & send your order the day after placing the order and for it to be with you after 1-3 working days. But note that in case of high pressure with the shipping company, the delivery may take additional days.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders for SEK 500 and under, a shipping charge of SEK 59 is added. Orders over SEK 500 are free of charge.

My package has transport damage, what do I do?

We are responsible for all costs when replacing a defective or incorrect item. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to make a complaint. Include information about the error/damage and your order number.

Why don't you have free shipping on all purchases?

We believe it encourages and simplifies unnecessary purchases. We have free shipping on larger orders to encourage our customers to order together with family, friends, colleagues and neighbours.

Swish

Unfortunately, you cannot use Swish as a payment method with us at the moment.

The purchase went through, can I change the payment method afterwards?

No, you cannot change the payment method once your purchase has gone through. If you wish to change the payment method, you need to contact us to cancel your order, this assumes that the order has not already left our warehouse.

Returns & Complaints

I want to return an item, how do I do it?

If you want to return your item, please follow the form below. We will email you a return slip that you can print at home or at an agent. You hand in your package to your agent, who sends it to us. When we receive your return, we will refund your money. Personal posters are not covered by the right of cancellation/return as they are personalized. However, we can cancel your order if it has not already been printed.

Note that the shipping fee is not refunded for returns.

My item is damaged/wrong, what do I do?

We are responsible for all costs when replacing a defective/incorrect product. Email information about the damage/fault and your order number.

When will I get my money back?

In the case of returns/complaints, we try to pay back as soon as we have received the item in return. No later than 14 days after receiving the return, if you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us.
